Achievement of the Ministry of Finance
- Prompt payment of Salaries & Pensions of Civil/Public Servants, Retires and Political Office holders in the State on or before 25th of every month;
- Payment of 13th month salary to Civil and Public Servants in the State;
- Increase in the payment of Gratuities of retired Civil/Public Servants from the monthly sum of One Hundred and Fifty Million Naira (N150,000,000.00) only to the sum of Two Hundred and Thirty Million Naira (N230,000.000.00) only;
- Upward review of Car Loan of Civil/Public Servants in the State from Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000.00) only to Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N750,000.00) only;
- Increase in the monthly release of Car Loan grant to Civil/Public Servants from the sum of Ten Million Naira (N10,000,000.00) only to the sum of Twenty Million Naira (N20,000,000.00) only and Three Million Naira (N3,000,000.00) only to the sum of Fifteen Million (N15,000,000.00) only for Post Primary Teaching Service Commission;
- Increase in the release of the Housing Loan Scheme for Civil/Public Servants from Ten Million Naira (N10,000,000.00) to Twenty Million Naira (N20,000,000.00) only monthly;
- Release of Fifteen Million Naira (N15,000,000.00) only as grants to Ministries, Department and Agencies for renovation and purchase of office equipment;
- Coordinated the World Bank State Fiscal Transparency, Accountability and Sustainability (SFTAS) program for Result through which we got a grant of US$ 4.5m for the State in the year 2018 assessment;
- Processed the payment of Leave Bonus of Civil/Public Servants in the State up to January 2020;
- Timely submission of quarterly report of service and debt stock of the State to the Debt Management Office, Abuja;
- Conduction of Baseline Survey and Review of existing processes, while waiting for the report.
